BELLINGHAM CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the Bellingham City Council will hold a public hearing on September 14, 2020 at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible during their Regular City Council meeting, which will take place remotely, to take public comment on the following:

 

A public hearing to consider an amendment to the Development Agreement between Parberry’s Inc. and Associated Entities and the City of Bellingham entered into on February 21, 2019 regarding the relocation of Northwest Recycling, Inc and Redevelopment of Parberry-owned Property Consistent with the Old Town Urban Village Plan.

Comment received after that will be distributed to Council but not included in the published packet.
